If you have an appointment with Marcia Mellinger, please go to the Lake Real Estate office at 7801 Green Lake Drive North, Seattle, WA 98103. This is across the street from Duke's Restaurant at the north end of Green Lake.
PLEASE NOTE: We are at 7801 Green Lake Dr. N. There is a series of 7800 addresses at E. Green Lake Dr. N. These are just a couple of blocks east of us. From here, go west and you will see Lake Real Estate.
Directions
From Aurora northbound turn right on Winona Avenue N. This will turn into Green Lake Drive north. Lake Real Estate is on your left.
From Aurora southbound, turn left on North 80th Street, then right on Green Lake Drive North. Lake Real Estate is on your right.
From I-5 southbound, take the North 80th Street exit, turn left on Wallingford Avenue North. Then right on Green Lake Drive North. Lake Real Estate is on your right.
From I-5 northbound, take the North 85th Street exit, turn left on Wallingford Avenue North. Then right on Green Lake Drive North. Lake Real Estate is on your right.
Several buses stop close to my office. To find the best bus for you, use the Metro trip planner.
Parking: There is generally street parking around the triangular block we are on. If there is space in the Lake Real Estate parking lot, you may park there also.
